The Oklahoma Defense Consortium is a 9-member organization specializing in innovative defense-only solutions, with each company contributing a complementary skillset. ODC is in its start-up stage and will begin pursuing work soon.

Ready 3 invests in the future workforce through university partnerships and intern pathways in engineering, cyber, and software.

Ready 3 supports Mississippi State University's engineering program, opening a pathway for students pursuing engineering, cybersecurity, computer science, or software development to join the Ready 3 intern program.

Ready 3 partners with the University of Georgia (UGA) College of Engineering Career Center and will attend future career center events, opening an intern pathway for UGA Engineering students.

Ready 3 is partnered with Langston University to establish an ABET-accredited engineering program and facility, developing a premier defense and aerospace engineering talent pool within Oklahoma.
