Maurice Compton (Reece) President & CEO

Maurice is a retired Marine Master Gunnery Sergeant with 28 years of aviation experience as a CH-46E Crew Chief/Mechanic, Quality Assurance and Maintenance Control Management and Operations, and Maintenance Chief, serving two tours at HMX-1 Executive Flight Detachment for President’s Bush and Obama.  He served two combat tours with Marine Medium Helicopter Squadron 161, as a CH-46E Crew Chief at Al Taqaddum Air Base in Iraq, conducting CASEVAC missions in support of our Marines, Soldiers, Airmen & Sailors.  Maurice was the Program Manager for F-35 Modifications, Retrofits, and Upgrades forecasting, planning, and resource allocation for the F-35 Global Enterprise.  He has earned a Master of Business Administration in Aerospace & Defense from the University of Oklahoma.

Jeffrey Kelly (Jeff) EVP & COO

Jeffrey Kelly is an Executive Vice President (EVP) and Chief Operating Officer (COO) for Ready 3, LLC. Jeff is driven by his sound business acumen with a focus to strategically drive innovation, new business, and sound partnerships. Prior to Jeff’s arrival to Ready 3, he served as CEO, Consegna, LLC, leading the operational and strategic direction with full responsibility for the company’s bottom line. Preceding Consegna, LLC, he served as Andromeda Systems, Inc (ASI) Director of Operations for the Innovation and New Products Division (INPD), as F-35 Product Support Integrator and F-35 Program Manager evaluating and integrating emerging technologies, while simultaneously driving new business development opportunities.

Jeff is an IT executive with extensive industry experience (27 years) serving the Department of Defense (DoD), Department of Navy (DoN), CACI International, Space and Naval Warfare System Center (SPAWARSYSCEN)- Atlantic, Cornerstone Research Inc., Fidelity National Information Systems (FNIS), and Andromeda Systems, Inc (ASI). He has a proven record to manage and deliver next-generation technologies, systems, and software projects for DoD and Commercial clients. He maintains a diverse level of IT Program / Project Management experience; certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and B.S. Computer Science, University of Maryland.

Jeff is a U.S. Navy veteran with 22 years of Aviation Maintenance experience coupled with IT Systems Administration, supporting the SH-3G, P-3C, CH-53E, F/A- 18A-D, and F-35 platforms.

Jeff is an active member of Project Management Institute (PMI), Northeast Florida (NEFL-PMI), Oklahoma Defense Industry Association (ODIA), National Center for Simulation (NCS), and VP Programs, Jacksonville Council Navy League.
